We’re looking for a talented Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled with low-code and no-code platforms, an expert in n8n, and comfortable with both problem-solving and building scalable automation systems. You’ll be working closely with our team and clients (mainly in the USA), so adaptability and smart working are key.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using n8n and other no-code/low-code tools.
• Integrate APIs, databases, CRMs, and third-party platforms to create seamless automation solutions.
• Work with LangChain and Python to build advanced AI-driven workflows and API integrations.
• Develop and maintain webhooks, triggers, and scheduled automations for client workflows.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing workflows for performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with the team to identify automation opportunities and implement smart, efficient solutions.
• Document workflows, processes, and systems for transparency and future scalability.
• Be available to work during USA business hours.

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in n8n (workflow building, nodes, error handling).
• Strong understanding of low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, Airtable).
• Proficiency in LangChain (with API integration experience) and Python.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, GraphQL, and Webhooks.
• Ability to work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) for automation and data pipelines.
• Smart worker with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to align with USA time zones.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI/ML tools (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for automation hosting.
• Familiarity with version control (GitHub/GitLab) for workflow management.
• Understanding of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools like UiPath or Power Automate.
• Prior work experience with B2B automation projects.
