UI/UX Design Internship

Job Description

Join RECILENS Corporation as a UI/UX Design Intern and gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of user interface and user experience design. This remote internship provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to real-world projects while sharpening your expertise in design thinking, user research, and interface development. As an intern, you will be an active member of our design team, helping to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design team to create user-centered designs for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing, to gather insights.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools.
• Contribute to building and maintaining design systems and style guides.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.

Skills and Qualifications:

Core Skills:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Strong grasp of design fundamentals: typography, color theory, and layout.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed mockups.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.

Soft Skills:

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Creative approach to generating innovative design solutions.

Experience and Expectations:

• Eligibility: Current students pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering (Computer Science, IT, or related fields) or other relevant disciplines. Candidates from the graduating classes of 2025, 2026, and 2027 are eligible.

Selection Process:

The recruitment process will be conducted online and will include:

• Assessment Round – 30 multiple-choice questions, to be completed in 15 minutes, covering UI/UX fundamentals and design knowledge.
• Technical HR Round – Evaluation of design skills, tools, and project understanding.
• General HR Round – Assessment of communication skills, cultural fit, and career goals.
